“ACROSS AMERICA”
My new book has the working title of “Across America”is a memoir about a road trip I did with my husband in 2015. It is about finding myself on the roads of American and learning the benefit of doing the hard things.
I began the book in the summer of 2018. I am taking time with it as I learn what it means to be a writer.
In the meantime I am writing poetry, essays, and blog entries.

Inner Tube Wallets
During a time which I have called “My Year of Listening” I dabbled in some art and craft design. I came up with a “bicycle wallets” that I made from recycled truck tire inner tubes.
Comfort rocks
I continued to explore my art and created these comfort rocks. Harvested from the sea, they are covered with soft organic cotton sweaters. Put them in the microwave for 30 seconds and they stay warm for 30 mins.
